In celebration of Dave Dreiwitz’s birthday Garcia’s will host the Band of Changes featuring Stephanie Sanders, Robbie Mangano, Ray Kubian, Chris Harford and special guests after Joe Russo’s Almost Dead performance at the Capitol Theater.
